As International Solid Waste Management Institutional & Regulatory Expert developed a full understanding of the background and context of the Duboko Regional Waste Management Centre as well as the existing business and development plans; Advised the Regional Waste Management Centre Duboko and founding 9 municipalities on the implementation of the project, including planning, co-coordinating, evaluating and reporting; Within the EISP, assisted the Programme Director in achieving the targeted results for the whole region for Serbia’s EU policy targeted set of 2020 by implementing the changes in the Regional Waste Management Plan. Proposed and managing the developments as follows: (1) Increasing of the waste collection area by local Public Utility Companies in each municipality, (2) Introduction of the primary selection of the household waste and subsequent increase of the percentage of “dry” waste.
