CET Govora biomass PPP project – This assignment was to perform an environmental and social due diligence (ESDD) for CET Govora with the support of EBRD for the development of a biomass combined heat and power (CHP) plant. The ESD package includes: a baseline assessment of the current situation, an analysis of project environmental and social impacts and benefits, analysing the compliance with EBRD performance requirements, an environmental and social action plan (ESAP), a non-technical summary (NTS) and a stakeholder engagement plan (SEP).
