International Senior Adviser on Solid Waste Management International Senior Adviser on SWM in the implementation of the Municipal Development Programme, Mozambique (PRODEM). Through the two Regional Capacity Development Unit (RCDU) SWM advisers based in Nampula and Pemba (north Mozambique) guide 26 municipalities to implement identified demand driven solid waste management projects in different categories including training of municipal staff; acquisition of vehicles, equipment and materials; as well as various construction works that include elevated waste deposition bunkers/platform.
