IBERINSA Acciona / EUISPA Integrated Solid Waste Management System in Galati and Surroundings

Advised, trained and supported the Municipality of Galati institutionally and organisationally for the new infrastructure and services implemented under the ISPA measure in the project “Integrated Solid Waste Management System in Galati and Surroundings”. Advised on institutional and organisational needs for restructuring of the waste management department. Carried out training needs assessment and function needs assessment. Prepared adequate job-descriptions, contract management procedures and waste fee collection systems.

The expert successfully structured & conducted two wave staff optimisation process; Successfully completed the state debt of EUR 3 mln write-off process with the Ministry of Economic Development & Ministry of Finance of Serbia; Represented the company in 2010 in the negotiations with the Ministry of Economics of Serbia for the granted 20% state shared aid program for the domestic manufacturing enterprises.
