itemprop=\"text\" ><h1 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Apply for a Capacity Building Small Grant<\/span><\/h1>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Registrations are open for the 1st Maximpact capacity building small grant.\u00a0The grant is to support capacity strengthening of non-profit organizations capacity in fundraising, project management, and other technical area required.<\/p>\n<p>The finalist will receive the grant in amount of $1,000 for the implementation of capacity building training.<\/p>\n<p>The finalist is expected to implement the small grant for capacity development services by the end of 2017.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Eligibility Criteria:<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>Must be registered NGO or CSO organisation.<\/li>\n<li>Need to be active in agriculture, poverty alleviation, WASH or waste sectors with the main aim to improve and\/or save lives, alleviate suffering, foster community engagement and sustainable development.<\/li>\n<li>The candidate should be active in the areas of focus mentioned above for more than 3 years.<\/li>\n<li>Should operate in the following regions: Eastern Europe, South America, East Asia and Africa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Selection\u00a0Criteria:<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The candidates will be selected according to the following criteria:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous projects experience within the areas of focus (agriculture, poverty alleviation, WASH or waste sectors).<\/li>\n<li>Team qualifications and experience.<\/li>\n<li>Number of communities serving.<\/li>\n<li>Well documented presentation of management and \/or technical assistance needs to be tackled through capacity building training program.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The finalist will be chosen and announced 30 days after the deadline.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What kind of organisations are not eligible:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The application for the following types of projects will not be considered:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Organisations that have not\u00a0carried out any projects within the area of focus and have been in operations less than 3 years.<\/li>\n<li>Individuals or private sector<\/li>\n<li>Projects that exclusively service religions purpose<\/li>\n<li>Political campaign<\/li>\n<li>Expansion of private
